 Kim Garner

Bio:

Kim’s love of scrapbook design comes from her passion to document life. From the important events to everyday family happenings, she loves to capture those special memories, both big and small.
Kim is a teacher by profession who has been creating  for 15 years. When you combine both those qualities, you end up with one creative and inspired scrapbook teacher.

From teaching classes, coordinating crops, attending events, {and all this while staying on top of the laundry}, she remains your everyday scrapbook designer. She inspires people while teaching locally and across the country for various companies.  She is always amazed at how her love for paper, glue, and ink has led her on this wonderful journey.

As a published designer, Kim has a passion for creativity and loves to tell a story through her photos and projects. From layouts to mini-books and creating everything in between, Kim loves it all.

She lives in Iowa with her husband and three children and enjoys a good book and spending time with family and friends.

Amber Packer

I am the mother of two beautiful boys and wife to my friend.  I know everyone says this, but they truly are my joy in life and the reason for everything I do.I am the Design Team Lead as well as the blog and newsletter coordinator for My Mind’s Eye.  For the past five years, I have appeared regularly on a regional TV program, ABC 4’s Good Things Utah.I am an independent designer and have had the opportunity to work with some of my favorite manufacturers (and yours).I also design a monthly kit club called Amber’s Possibilities which can be purchased online through A Page 4 All Seasons (www.apage4allseasons.com).  As a club member, you will be mailed (2) pre-cut two-page layouts the first of each month for the low price of $25 a month.

I began teaching Scrapbooking in October 2003.  My start in teaching is a funny story:  A friend of mine was retiring from teaching and suggested it was something I might be interested in.  I didn’t have any layouts, so I went to my local scrapbook store, bought a bunch of supplies (including shaped scissors) and put together 8 layouts.  I brought them in to the store and was hired as a teacher.   What an amazing blessing I was given that day!My life has been enriched because of the opportunities I have been given.  Scrapbooking is more than a hobby to me, it is a way for me to focus on and count my blessings.

Megan Klauer

About Me: Being a mom of 3, I love to escape to the world of creating & scrapbooking as often as possible. It’s as much about relaxing and being creative as it is about capturing and sharing those stories for future generations. I strive to journal on my layouts as much as I can; even if it’s just a short sentence or two. I keep a blog {meganklauerdesign.blogspot.com} that serves as sort of my online “art journal”. When I’m not chasing my little ones around, I also do on-location photography {meganklauerphotography.blogspot.com} ; where I get to chase others little ones around with my camera in hand.
